Situated within the magnificent Terme 3000 Water World, Health, Spa & Golf Resort in Moravske Toplice, Slovenia this apartment was built early 2003. ( I have owned the apartment since March 2004 ) The apartment comes fully equipped and sleeps three / four

The hamlet village is made up of blocks of 12 similar style apartments and is bounded on either side by the golf course and a wooded area where the jogging / trim track is located.
The area is peaceful and quiet and just the place to relax after a hectic day at the Terme 3000 water world. The reception office is approx 30 metres away. The Creta bar is adjacent to the reception.

The apartment is on two floors with toilet, shower room and double / twin bedroom on the upper level. The lower level consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, dining and living area. There is a fold down bed settee in the living area.
The apartment comes fully equipped with two ring cooker, table top oven / grill, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. On the patio there is a table, sun umbrella and 4 chairs. There is a Television / DVD player with a selection of DVD's available to view and a CD / radio / cassette player within the living area. A telephone is available but any calls made will have to be paid for at the reception.
Towels and bed linen are supplied.

The facilities at Terme 3000 are available on a pay per use basis. Other tickets such as afternoon bathing, evening bathing or bathing plus lunch are also available.
